The First Mention of Faith

(Deu 32:20 KJV)  And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

I order to understand this English word faith we have to look at the previous chapter 31 and read through in or to see what the Lord was saying about the people and why He was saying it. But before we do that let's look at the verse with the Strong's number.

One can almost see the meaning of the verse just by looking at the Lord's response to people with no faith - He will hide His face. Faith is our interface - in a computer generation we know what an interface is - Faith is our spiritual interface and with out it we have no connect to God.
